- When placing an order through our website, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the governorate to which the delivery is made.
- The business days for delivery of shipments are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday is a holiday for delivery of orders from shipping companies.
- Before delivering the order, the shipping company representative will contact you by phone to coordinate a delivery time.
- Delivery of orders by the shipping company is during the morning period from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so please use your morning address as the delivery address, even if it is your work address.
- You can open the shipment in front of the shipping company representative and inspect the products before receiving them.
