Refund policy

The customer has the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the order creation date.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used by the customer. Lupo bianco reserves the right to reject the exchange or return if the product has been used.

  • The shipping cost of the original delivery will be deducted in all cases (change of mind or manufacturing defect), whether for exchange or return.

  • The customer bears the shipping cost of the exchange or return in case of a change of mind, which is 100 EGP.

  • Lupo bianco covers the shipping cost of the exchange or return in case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

  • The exchange or return can be processed without the original invoice.

  • The Lupo bianco Quality Control team is responsible for determining whether a customer complaint qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds will be issued via digital wallets such as Vodafone Cash.

  • In case of refusing to receive the order and having it returned to Lupo bianco, the Cash on Delivery service will be disabled for the customer, and only online payments will be accepted moving forward.

How to Request an Exchange or Return:

  2. Send us a photo of the product you wish to exchange or return in its original packaging.

  3. Provide us with the order number or the phone number used to place the order.

Additional Details:

  • The customer bears the shipping cost for the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Lupo bianco reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request for products that do not meet the above conditions.
